xperiences Data Collection

The Xperience website will collect data during the purchase of any voucher through this site.  You'll be asked to provide your full name, address, telephone number.  We will not be given any access to any bank information during any transaction through our website. 

information on third parties

Your information will be shared within our businesses, trading as Eshott Airfield, Xperience & Purple Aviation.  Under no circumstances will your information be shared outside of these internal companies we use to deliver your chosen voucher experience.  In some cases (such as a voucher for clay pigeon shooting) your information may be shared with an external provider if required.  

Your information will never be sold on for contact information. 

How do we use your information?

Information will only be used to send out vouchers in the post or in some circumstances we may be required to telephone you about your chosen voucher experience.  In purchasing a voucher you will be asked to join our mailing list - in which case your email only will be retained in a MailChimp database - we'll only contact you a couple of times a year with special offers. 

How long is data stored for

As many of our vouchers are valid for a year or more, you can expect your information to be kept with us for a significant time.  All of our data is stored securely with password protection and can only be accessed by people within the company(s) who require it.  

How can I have my data removed?

If you're worried about your data still, you can ask us to remove it at any time.
